I think he's refering to the fact that T-Tops broken and hatch broken while doors were unlocked indicated more vandalism than simple theft. Who breaks a T-top to get into a car? That glass is much harder to break than side window glass, and I gotta believe even a moderately stupid thief would check door handles first. That coupled with nothing in "visible" sight worth stealing, might mean someone was just out to be an asshole. Eh, that or maybe the thief just got pissed when there was nothing there and broke some glass in protest?
